What is NAP?​

NAP stands for Non-Aggression Pact.

What is protected?​

  • NAP Ally Tiles/Mines
  • NAP Ally Members’ Bases
  • NAP Ally Truck/Train

What is not protected yet?​

  • Tiles inside the Capitol’s mud on Fridays and Saturdays

Attention

Racism, sexism, homophobia, and harassment are not acceptable
Violation of this rule will result in blacklisting.

City Dispatch and Capitol Strategy​

City dispatch and Capitol strategy are managed by the NAP leadership on Discord.
Rotation occurs every 2 weeks, aligned with the presidential rotation.
Alliances that do not show up at the Capitol during events will not be allocated high cities for the next rotation.

Note

For this reason, it is important that everyone participates in the Capitol War on Saturday.

Vice President Handling​

To avoid issues, when the Vice President is not controlled by the bot, only R4/R5 members of NAP guilds are allowed to take the position.

Note

Vice President availability is not guaranteed between 12am–5am server time.

NAP Violations​

If a NAP rule is broken, contact your respective alliance leaders.
They will manage the situation.

Attention

Do not take matters into your own hands or act on revenge.

Poaching​

Recruiting members from NAP alliances is strictly not allowed.

Strike System Overview​

Strike 1:​

  • Penalty: 1 city removed for 1 week (alliance keeps 5)
  • City Taken: The highest-level city held
  • Redistribution: Voted on by NAP alliance leaders based on the last Warzone event performance
    (1 vote per alliance, no voting for own alliance)

Strike 2:​

  • Penalty: 3 cities removed for 2 weeks (alliance keeps 3)
  • Cities Taken: 3 highest-level cities
  • Redistribution: Same voting process

Strike 3:​

  • Penalty: All 6 cities removed for 2 weeks
  • Redistribution: Standard voting process

Strike 4:​

  • Penalty: All 6 cities removed for 4 weeks

Strike 5:​

  • Penalty: Permanent removal from NAP

Participation Tracking Criteria​

To determine if an alliance is actively participating, the following will be tracked:

  1. Total Alliance Power Loss during the event (% TBD)
  2. Total Alliance Kill Count increase (% TBD)
  3. Screenshots from the first 5 minutes of Capitol invasion or defense
    (One R4 from each alliance will be designated to capture and submit this)
